新月文化始於1995年7月，出版小說類型多元廣泛，舉凡羅曼史、靈異驚悚、奇幻冒險、耽美(BL)等等，並致力培養台灣作家，同時經營出版品相關授權，力推台灣小說走向國際，目前已有多部作品授權至中國、泰國、韓國、俄羅斯等地。

Crescent Culture was established in 1995. Romance novel was the main publications when established; now in addition to cultivating Taiwanese local creations, it also published diversified genres including romance, horror thriller, fantasy adventure, and BL etc.
